
Maple Gingerbread Cake Recipe3 cups flour Sift the flour, baking soda, ginger and salt together into a bowl. In another bowl beat the egg, maple syrup and sour cream. Stir in melted butter. Pour the syrup mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together. Pour batter into greased 11 X 7 pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Let cool then spread frosting on the cake, cutting the gingerbread into bars. |
