Ginger Crisps Recipe

1 1/2 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp ginger
4 1/2 cups flour

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs together. Add molasses. Mix in dry ingredients. Make into balls. Dip in sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
